What the quote form sends us
Four things: your name, a phone number, the address of the property and the option you choose from the list. Typing in the boxes sends nothing; only pressing the button does.
Phone calls
We answer through a call-tracking line. It stores the caller's number, when the call came in and how long it lasted. Where a call is recorded for quality, an announcement plays first.
Why we hold it
To call you back, set a time to measure, prepare a written quote and, once you hire us, keep the job file: product approvals, permit numbers and inspection results. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold or rented to anyone.
Who sees it
The installer assigned to your home; the building department, because a permit application needs the owner's details; and the outside services that run this website, pass form submissions to us and operate the phone line, limited to providing those services.
Retention
If a quote does not go ahead, we delete the request within 24 months. Completed job files are kept longer, because owners, insurers and buyers often ask for permit and product records years later.
Server logs and cookies
The host records routine technical details such as IP address, browser and the pages loaded, to keep the site secure. We may use standard tools, such as call tracking, to see how visitors find us and to route calls. We do not sell your information.
Asking us to change or delete it
Phone (239) 397-4541 to request a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. When this policy is revised, the effective date above will change.
